What to Expect in a Session

Each session begins by gently identifying where your body may be holding stress or tension.

Through light, intentional contacts along the spine—primarily at the base and sometimes the head—your nervous system is supported in releasing stored stress and restoring natural flow.

There is no force and no manipulation—only subtle cues that allow your body to unwind in its own time.

As you rest comfortably, you may experience deep relaxation, gentle movements, warmth, emotional release, or simply a quiet sense of balance returning.

Your body has an innate intelligence. As stress releases, it often begins to reconnect, restore, and rebalance naturally.
